THE view from the hotel was amazing. I especially liked watching the surfers from the restaurant. Staff helped arrange a scooter rental and also helped with luggage. The communication beforehand about the steps was EXCELLENT!

The tap water in the room tasted slightly salty.

The hotel is right next to the beach (it is almost private). Shops, restaurants, and the temple are nearby. The setting is GORGEOUS, and it faces the ocean, allowing you to wake up to amazing views.

The hotel has a restaurant overlooking the water and nature. You can walk to the adjacent beach easily. There are several places to relax and enjoy the scenery. WILD monkeys can be seen around the area.

I found the restaurant offered excellent food at a reasonable price. the staff members were helpful. They assisted with luggage despite the many stairs. i really appreciated the yoga classes with ocean views. the surfboards available for rent were in great condition. The paddle out to the beginner-friendly wave was manageable.

the walls are thin, therefore i could hear conversations from the next room. this limited privacy and made it difficult to sleep early or relax fully during the day. i also found some ants had entered my room.

The team provided commendable assistance, especially with carrying luggage and addressing guest requests. Their accommodating nature enhanced the experience. i found them very cute and helpful during my entire stay.

The room had beautiful balinese furniture. the ocean view from the room was really gorgeous. It was great to wake up to. the staff were nice and helpful carrying bags, as there are many steps, i really appreciated this.

the steep stairs were a challenge. i found them difficult, especially in the heat. it was approximately 260 stairs from the cliff to the room, i didn't want to venture out because it was like a mission.

the hotel location is close to shops. it is also close to restaurants and spas. access to the beach below is possible from the hotel, this gives a unique advantage for surfers.

This location is amazing, the views were awesome. Surf lessons was available, and I find it a bonus. The staff helped a lot and very attentive to my needs. The beach close to the hotel was also a plus for me.

I think the restaurant could use more improvements, the foods needs more quality.

The views were amazing. i could see the ocean from my room. staff members assisted with luggage due to the many steps (i appreciated that a lot). the restaurant food was delicious. surfing lessons were available right at the hotel. I enjoyed my time learning.

the tap water was a bit salty sometimes, which wasn't ideal for brushing my teeth.

the hotel is right by the beach (bingin beach). there are many steps to get down to the hotel (over 200, i believe). this provides a sense of seclusion. nearby beaches like dreamland are a short grab ride away (less than 10 minutes).
